Maybe I came at the wrong time but I didn't think the cookies were all that. I've had better - I didn't know the cookies would be so thick.
I saw great reviews but I was disappointed. This is located in the Ronald Reagan International Trade bldg among a food court. It was ok, but they wouldn't let me buy 3 scoops - only two. It was average ordinary ice cream. Nothing special.

I use to go to Larry's as a kid in Richmond Va @ the 6th st Market place. Now i drive to DC as a adult. They still taste the same iit. Now my kids are hooked
Does not have glass of water, if you do not buy anything.
It is a great place to have a delicious cookies and ice cream. I love a cookies and ice cream there. So GOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!
