The customer service I’ve been shown has been outstanding! They were so helpful from the start of my application to me moving in. Any questions I had, they responded very swiftly and any problems that arose, it was solved promptly. Crystal is so kind and you can tell she truly cares about the tenants here and that’s super important. Sandra, the manager, is just as kind and helpful too. I can truly say I have never received this type of hospitality before at an apartment building and that’s the reason why I can see myself living here for a while. Outside of the customer service, the grounds are always kept clean and the units are kept very clean as well. The community is gated with security that patrols nightly and that makes me feel safe coming home. Thank you!

Sandra and Crystal are extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They made my moving smooth and easy; they are a blessing to this property. Initially, I was to move somewhere else, but after i encountered sandra, everything changed. The community is awesome.

I love this place so far, just moved in but they have been there from the start and very polite. Love my one bedroom apartment as well, it’s a very nice size. Can’t wait to see what the future brings for this place!

So far just doing the application, giving me and my wife a tour was honestly really really nice, the place looks calm and taken care of as soon as I saw everything I knew I wanted to stay here.

Moved in about a month ago, leasing was so so easy, everyone in the office is a gem Super easy to just call and ask questions, they answer every little thing I’ve asked so far without a problem. Everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves, laundry room is very clean and new. Stoked to find a place where they talk to you like an actual person and not just walking money. Definitely would recommend.

I relocated from Charlotte really quick due to a job change and Sandra and her staff was extremely helpful and made my move really smooth. The property is well kept and I feel safe in this gated community. Thank you again Sandra.

Amazing place to rent , peaceful & quiet laundry area always clean plenty machines to use . Amazing staff from leasing agent to manager Sandra , Absolutely impressed with management most definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to call home !
