Disrespectful. I called with questions about the licenses I would need and information about zones I can sell in. Katherine continued to cut me off when speaking and just said "I'll send you a list. That should be easier" clearly, easier for herself When I asked her details about people who sell specific items on the strip/downtown she would just give slick responses instead of actually taking the time to LISTEN and then answer the question. If you're that in a hurry to rush callers off the phone, have someone else on the phone who is willing to answer questions and give thoughtful responses. Starting a business is hard enough without people like this deciding to make themselves another bump in the road.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. SHE WAS ON THE PHONE LAUGHING TALKING ABOUT HER PERSONAL LIFE AND HER DAUGHTER BEEN SICK...INSTEAD OF HELPING THE CUSTOMER.. NO ACCEPTABLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was there earlier at business license window services the lady whose work there at window service was rude didn’t give me any information ….. of course we didn’t know that why we asked she should learn how to service better
