Is extremely knowledgeable and professional, great at following up with buyers, excellent at marketing and has a complete understanding of how to get a deal closed! If you are looking to sell your business be sure to speak to him before deciding on a broker. No wonder why he is #1 in Las Vegas.

Easy low stress experience! Alan had a buyer for our business in one day which I know isn’t the norm but was AMAZING! I have now bought and sold a company using Sunbelt and Alan and both times it’s been professional, easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I totally agree with the review from above - I would use Alan again and I would not be retired without him. He handled the deal amazingly well. Frankly, I do not know how he handled everyone - the buyer, myself, wifes, CPA's, lawyers, escrow agents, banks - you name it. I could never have done that job. I had a computer related business that was also a franchise. Mr. Horwitz had owned many different types of businesses in the past including franchises and his knowledge was invaluable in getting the deal to close. I interviewed 3 different brokers before picking him and would suggest any seller do the same. You will not be disappointed with Sunbelt or Alan.
