Invest America Realty owner Lenny Kryk, is deceitful and unscrupulous. He told me it would be $300 to hold a property. This was on a Friday. I gave him the $300 along with the rental application, and he said it would take two days to process. The application was approved the next day, and Lenny said he had to have the balance of the total deposit ($1200) right then. I said I could not get the money during the weekend. On Monday, I got the cashiers check and told him I would get it to him when I met with him on Tuesday. On Monday night, I received the following test message: "Need to hear from you ASAP. You did not bring balance of deposit into our office - you have changed your mind - you are forfeiting your holding fee and we will go to the next applicant." I responded that I hadn't changed my mind; and that I had told him I would get him the money the next morning (Tue). He said the application was approved on Saturday, and I had been told that I had pay the full deposit by the next business day. I had not been told that. So he screwed me out of $300. If the $300 was to hold the property, which he couldn't lease to me until the application was approved anyway, and immediately after approval I had to come up with the balance of the deposit, what the hell hold was I paying for with the $300? This man is a liar and a cheat!!!! I intend to file a complaint with the Nevada Realtors board. My rating is MINUS 5 Stars.

The BBB is the only place to find good businesses that are properly licensed and in good standing. The other online sites are filled with businesses without proper licensing and tons of complaints.
