I am an Attorney and have been in the practice of law for over twenty two years. My client’s business was in need of professional business valuation services for the dissolution of a partnership. I meet with Mrs. Ferrara before hiring Bancroft Brokerage and Services and was very impressed with what was included with the service. I personally reviewed all of facts and documents of the valuation that was presented and was very pleased with the final product. I can state with absolute certainty that she has the ability to separate the various aspects of a business and determine a detailed value while keeping with a sophisticated level of understanding. Recently i have bought a flat from them. The price was reasonable and affordable. Communication was great and fast. Their service were very reliable and comfortable. They are very honest, well cooperative and trustworthy.

Mrs. Ferrara was a pleasure to work with, completed all her work in less time than expected and provided us with a detailed business appraisal with explanations and justifications of results. This appraisal was not a simple valuation; Mrs. Ferrara’s expertise was very evident in the creation of this complex business appraisal. As a commercial real estate and business broker she not only was able to evaluate the business, inventory and assets she was also able to provide a valuation of the real estate tied to the company. I found the business appraisal provided was very well written and substantiated the valuation of all aspects of the business.
