Very flexible and super accommodating in all of my heavy tasks and operations. If any business owners want a reliable and honest hardworking company to alleviate bottlenecks in their organization Equiinet is by far the best practice...

My computer crashed...I was assured two years ago when I "purchased" this service from Equiinet, that I would get 24 hr turnaround, ESPECIALLY regarding back ups. Well the first day, I called the support rep told me I would have to "wait" because I am about the "fourth" call he had that day. Well I call you once in 2 years, and you treat me like ...SH** and you take $125/mo. Secondly, you then tell me to call another company that has nothing to do with my backup,...NOW I AM LIVID. I call them and they cannot help me, and I call you all back, and you give me their number AGAIN?!?! WHERE IS MY BACKUP! It's been 4 days and I am a small business that was totally conned by your promises of support and prompt backup data return...none of that has happened. Just terrible that you compromise my business for the sake of profit and you act like it is no big deal...but it is when you paid over $3000 for peace of mind that you had a back up, but you still don't have it and the company I've paid had no idea where it is.

Great people and great service. Plus their all-in-one IT device is very cool. Takes the place of a lot of expensive IT devices which is awesome!
