I just started training at V.I.P. Fitness a few weeks ago but I already LOVE IT! It's totally private. The whole gym just for me. My radio station playing and everything. Nice and cool in there , not like the sweat box 24 fitness I used to train in that smelled like body odor on hot days. YUK! I can train hard and not have to worry about creepy guys staring at my body when I'm trying to exercise. This place is the best for women who want to get fit in a serious environment. It takes the "womens gym" concept to a whole new level.
