This place is the best, it's great for athletes as well as the regular person. I've been going here for years and have experienced both the specialized training for myself being an athlete as well as when I stopped playing sports and just wanted to stay active and fit! Great atmosphere, great trainers, great results. Brian Van Hook is the best trainer in Vegas!

There was really no doubt after finding Brian that he is the best in town. Just look at the reviews on his website from all kinds of pro athletes. Combine that with his vast education and certifications and it's a no brainer. If you want the best, it's Brian. I've been working with him for a while now and every session is tailored to fit exactly what I'm looking to get better at in acro sport.

Parents, no matter what sport your child participates in, this training is a must. The trainers understand growing bodies and how to build in strength and flexibility to avoid stress and injury. Plus, it's fun!
