Walking by and decided to pop in to inquire about services. After talking with the owner I decided to book a service for later in the day. Raven was my lash technician and she was awesome! This was my first time and def won’t be the last! I went with a classic lash and she walked me through each step as she went along. I love them! She was punctual, courteous and skilled - def book an appointment!

I've been to lash typ three, maybe four times and Lindsey was by far my favorite! She did a volume set on me nearly 3 weeks ago & my lashes are giving classic right now, which is what I wanted. I'm still getting compliments on my lashes after getting them done almost 3 weeks ago! Most definitely suggest that you guys ask for Lindsey when going to the shop!

I recently visited Lashtyp and was very excited about getting my lashes done as I had seen some of their work on line and one of their celebrity clients gave them rave reviews. However, my experience when I got there was not a good one. My appointment was at 5:45 and I was there on time but as soon as I stepped in the tech that opened the door told me that it was only 3 of them there and they were with clients....I was a bit baffled because I made my appointment on line through their website and paid my deposit. I sat in the front lobby area from 5:45 til 6:20 and no one came to ask me anything until I got ready to leave. Only then did the tech who met me at the door ask if I had an appointment. I showed her my e-mail confirmation and she said that it didn’t show up on the calendar. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule after I sat there for all that time and I replied NO. At that time Tommie stepped out and said that she would do my lashes if I could wait a few minutes. I must say that Tommie did a great job but when she finished she gave me instructions on how to care for my lashes, her card and how to pay. She then stepped away. I paid, waited for her to come back so I could say Thank You for her services but she never came back. Meanwhile, the tech who originally told me that there were only 3 techs on site never looked up as she watched images on her cellphone to say anything. As a matter of fact she never looked up until I said please tell Tommie I said Thank you and she replied yeah she said thank you. This was indeed my first and last experience as I didn’t feel like a valued patron and the professionalism just wasn’t there. I usually don’t do bad reviews but I felt as though the owner should know and maybe some things can be perfected.

First of all ... I want to say that this is the best lash place I have been to since I was born. The customer service is really great . They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It felt like I knew them all my life . Jasmine who currently started working there is the best and I love when she did my lashes. The lashes lasted a long time which means Jasmine took her time and made sure that every lash was secured. Amazing place & I do recommend it to anybody who wants to find a lash tech to always go to

I just relocated here and this place was a recommendation by a friend of mine. The girl that did my lashes was super sweet... However, I waited an hour and 15 min before my appointment started. She explained that not only do they have their personal books & lashtyp’s bookings but they also take walk ins. The communication was not what it should have been for that type of delay. Very disappointed. However, she did a good job on my lashes & took her time. I believe her name was Dee.
