I've been going to Latin Auto Service for years, and I highly recommend them. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do a great job. They always help me out when I have a problem with my car, and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

First of all time. This guys take there sweet time if you don’t remind them every 30 minutes they keep you waiting longer. Second, the management is rude. They talk to you like we the customer is getting free work done on our vehicles. And last but most important, prices on labor are too much, this guys charge like this shop is a high end vehicle repair shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE see the rest reviews and replies of management the way he replies to prior customers, this guy is unbelievable.

My truck broke down a couple of miles from Latin Auto Service. Google brought me to them and without reading these prior reviews I had the tow truck take my truck there. They charged me $440 to replace two hoses that cost $20 each. These hoses are at the top, not at the bottom or anywhere that you would have to take things apart. Total was $600 w tax bc of adding coolant fluid. Huge ripoff! Highly recommend reading reviews before taking your vehicle anywhere near this place. Live and learn

RUN! RUN! RUN!!!! Changed fuel filters on my truck when I only asked for pricing then said they can’t be changed back. Forcing me to pay. Started bringing up calling the police when I simply asked why was done without my permission. Parts & Labor are over priced. HUGE RIP OFF!!! Anywhere else is better than here.

Over priced labor & parts. They will fix things you did not ask them to fix and try to get more money out of you. Horrible customer service. Do not even try to communicate- just go straight to keeping your equipment until you pay. Just stay away!!!

The worst place ever. They took my car and promised to have it fixed within 120 min I waited 5h and then they told my the put the wrong peace and I have to come again so the can reorder another one. I came the next day and the told me they will have it fixed within 45 min and I waited 3h and they did not finish anything. Also, I asked them to diagnose something in my car and the told me on it when I asked them later they said we are not able come tomorrow and we will charge you $40 for it!!!! Also the manager was not good and didn’t respect the costumer at all. They broke something on my car and refuse to fix it!! The manager did nothing he didn’t even say sorry. People please don’t come here find another place other than here. At the end they didn’t fix my car at all. I waste my money and time for nothing. For your replay: No one asked you to fix my life!!! Also, no one asked you to do anything for free!! If all what I’m saying is not true, then why is my car not fixed? Why I waste 3 days for nothing!! Why I’m still looking for someone to fix my car!!! Answer my questions and don’t lie and pretend like a poor manager. I’ll be glad to not come to you at all in my life and I’ll be more glad if people stop coming to you. Also, you were not full of costumers your place was so empty like your life. Don’t try to turn all that to me and look like a poor manager. You all need some classes in how you treat and respect people and more important to take a lot of class in how you fix cars without making excuses. At the end I hope and I wish people stop coming to you

Do NOT COME HERE They Will overcharge for labor. My car is still the same as when I took it in these snakes will finesse a grandma for her last 20 dollars do not come here.

I will definitely be back this is now my new mechanic shop now I don't have to travel far anymore for service

Dropped my truck off for an alignment. Told me it was no problem. They called me 10 minutes before they close quoting me $950 of work or else the wouldn’t do the alignment. The $48 diagnostic fee is all the money they will get from me.NegativeProfessionalism

All these bad reviews you're reading are true! I recently experienced firsthand. I don't usually write reviews but this time I felt compelled to do so. Being a minority myself I figured I would give Latin Auto a chance and if I like them then I would return for future service. So when I had problem with my A/C not being cold and need it recharged. I went there to have it done. The guy at the counter told me it $53 which was very reasonable and cheaper than most places in my opinion. So I said ok. And after being there for almost 3 hours and not heard or seen from the guy at the counter. I went to check on my car. And I noticed it was just sitting there with nobody working on it. So I was about to ask the counter guy what going on with my vehicle . That when he told me my vehicle was ready but there a problem...So my car was ready all these times and you didn't tell me until you saw me looking into the shop...what the hell! So he went on to tell me that my compressor was probably going bad. And probably will stop working soon. Okay that is expected. So I asked if they managed to recharged the refrigerant even with the problem. He told me yes. But later i found out that would had been impossible from what I have researched online. Because they had disconnected my a/c compressor wire and didn't plugged back in. And also the a/c clutch was disengaged this whole time when they had told me the refrigerant was charged. Wrong! Without the compressor running or A/C clutch engaging recharging would had not been possible! These people are crooks! Never again...stay away from this place!
