We've used Hendrick Collision before for past body work. Completely satisfied back then and no different recently. Great customer from the time you enter the shop door. My service technician was knowledgeable, quickly know the main item needed for repair after only about 20 seconds of viewing the vehicle. Communication about the repair process was timely and detailed for each phase. I was aware of the steps involved from start to finish. They provided repair estimates periodically so there would really be no surprise. Yes I had a large deductible, but thank goodness I didn't have pay in full. The representative who checked me out did a complete walk-through with me before I drove off. No complaints whatsoever and no need for a return visit. Job well done. Thanks.

Glenn Stokes was my main point of contact, and he was a phenomenal Hendrick representative. He was thorough, intelligent, and most importantly kind in all our interactions. Initially, after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, they cancelled it without telling me. When I called Glen Stokes, he first said my appointment shouldn’t have been made in the first place and then apologized for the miscommunication and told me to bring my car in the following Monday. When I brought it in, the trunk worked fine. By Wednesday afternoon when they finally got to my car, they couldn’t open the trunk and “didn’t want to be bothered with fixing it” and that the dealership had to handle mechanics so they told me to come pick my car back up….3 rental car days wasted. I was able to fix the trunk myself in 30 mins after receiving the part. I tried calling Bob Lewis and the manager I believe his name was Marlo -or something like that to see if they can honor the estimate and just take my car back since the trunk was fixed, but my calls were never returned. A big waste of a couple months dealing with them.

Marlow did a very good and he fed kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car. Very welcoming and the towing company as well kept me up to date. I really appreciate the whole job to my car and them informing me as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the third time I have used the collision repair department. The quality of their work has been excellent but this time their customer service was horrible. I have recommended them to others but I will not use them again and recommend others do not as well. If you do, expect to spend many hours in the little waiting room. Also pay careful attention to their billing because they can be pretty slippery.

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago and that was the only reason the manager finally returned my call. I was at work and missed it, so I called him back about 20 minutes later. I had to leave a voicemail. I left him another voicemail a few days later and it has since been a week and a half with no returned call... again. In that time, I've already gotten some of the work scheduled and completed with another company!

I had the pleasure of having my car detailed at Hendrix collision department. Upon entering the service entrance Amber the receptionist was so friendly and very professional. Marlow, supervisor for that department greeted me very professionally. He asked me all the details of what I wanted done to the vehicle. The technician Kevin did an awesome job. He made that Crystal beige color really pop with a black detailing. The overall experience was exceptional. Hendricks did a great job! My car looks and drives like it was never rear ended! Marlow, the manager, was great at keeping me updated and informed. Got my oil change done at this location and decided to wait at the dealership. Super friendly staff, clean waiting area, and fast service! Will definitely be back to take my Chevy Trax here again.
