We drove in from Colorado Springs for the John 5 show. Waiting in line for the M&G, Rowan noticed I had a cane. I had double a Lumbar fusion just 3 weeks ago. He brought me a stool to sit on while waiting. When the doors opened, he then brought me the stool to sit on for the show right up front. Thank you Rowan!!! The venue was great, with great sound and the rest of the staff was great as well. Thank you The Launchpad!!! Can’t wait to come back again for another show!!!

Awesome place to see a show it is a smaller venue so the shows feel a lot more personal. The bar in front and venue in back set up is a cool way to get a drink and see live music if you wanted to.

This is a super cool spot for drinks and live music. It's got a garage, dive bar feel to it and all the shows are up close and intimate. Have always loved this spot.

This is a great venue I have been going to since I was a teen. They have a bar and usually serve pretty good drinks, but no food. They also have a vending machine with soda and water. If you are underage, enter at the back of the building. You can leave the building to smoke, but you have to stay in the designated area or they won't let you back in. Bathrooms here suck. Sometimes the stall doors don't shut or there is no toilet paper etc. but I feel like that is an unfortunate norm smaller music venues. There is an upstairs balcony with seats, a few arcade games, and a pool table. I have no idea who you talk to to get pool supplies.
Four stars because the last two shows we went to only had three bands with doors opening at 7pm yet somehow headliners weren't on until after 11pm and both were on week nights. Sorry, but I don't want to wait for a band to start until 11:45pm on a Tuesday night.
Update: The show on 11.20.17 only had three bands with doors at 7 and the headliner came on at 9:30. I'm happy to update my rating to 5 stars if they can repeat.

Hands down my favorite venue to catch a live concert . Seen more bands here than I can count. All about the local bands and big time names in an intimate venue. A must if you're visiting Albuquerque. Good Vibes
