Laundry Max

The place is pretty clean. A lot of machine to use and a lot of driers as well. I was there on Tuesday and The wasn’t a lot of people and it’s huge inside with chairs available to seat and relax. They offering discounts as well.

I've been using this laundry for about 18 months regularly. At first, it was a great place but as time has gone on its changed. The inside of the washing machines haven't been cleaned, meaning that old detergent is building up in the pans. The tops are sticky. The dryers don't work as they usually have an error code. Now they have started to offer drop off laundry services. The side effect of this is that a lot of dryers stand full and sitting. There aren't that many people here and almost no available dryers. I'm here on a Friday and all their in house tvs are playing the rolling Roku screen, not any content, even something that's free on the Roku channel. It's gotten dirtier and dirtier, especially around the edges of the machines. Finally, none of the arcade works. It's been sitting unplugged the entire time I've been coming. They keep adding machines but never making them available.

I started use this laundry max, because it was the closest to me. It’s was clean and had some friendly face in the beginning on of 2022. Now it’s always dirty, rude people working there. But, that’s not the worst part for me it’s the people who come wash there clothes there. They are folks who don’t know how to park or drive. They will hit your car while in the parking lot and just runoff and drive off. I was just in there last weekend and someone hit my car and took off. Same thing happened to someone else was washing his clothes the week before me. This place is unsafe for anyone with new car or car you don’t want scratches on. And some of the folks they are ready to fight when you say excuse me. I’m done going to this place until they get a security.

Worker isn't really friendly I saw signs says free dryer with buy of big wash I asked worker, she said any dryer ended up I have to pay for it. I don't like to use card. Once my balance gone I'll not come back.

Never been to a laundry mat before. It was crazy busy but I was amazed with the Turbo washers & dryers how fast they washed & dried!! It wSnt that expensive either. Met 3 very nice people there.

NOTICE drink and snack vending machines will take your money and dont work. Otherwise Very well kept and clean place to wash clothes. They even provided a kids corner with multilingual books to read to your children while you wait. Many different tvs with different shows as well and bathrooms. I've been a customer for over a year and very pleased with their kind and efficient service

Washers only 30 min, dryers fast and big. No complaints except not enough carts which is a major issue for a laundromat.

Amazing place! Super clean with a ton of machines. Also they have arcade games, food and drink vending machines, big screen TVs, leather couches, massage chairs and a decent bathroom. Plus, if you pay for the washer, you get the dryer for FREE!

This place has had some workers who don't want to do their job. I complained back in February with the handicap parking being on a slnt next to the sewer it's not only hard to do having handicap issues that I had slipped and fell when I told this particular worker she just laughed and said Rreally. Then today I put a hour on the dryer which it should have been dry, when I checked the clothes were still wet so I put another 20 minutes on there checked again and clothes were still were. I told this worker the same girl she came over to the dryer emptied the lint trap which was extremely full, then told me I had to pay again. After going around with her I told her to take me to someone who was authorized to make an executive decision another worker came apologized for her and put the hour time back on the dryer. All the while another customer had the same thing except it was with the $18 washer and she argued with him as well., however the other worker handled his problem too. The other worker still continued to argue with us that we should have had to pay again. Poor workers and not properly working machines is not good.
