Use Mario regularly for my client work. I have always been thrilled with the quality and timeliness. Have already recommended him to many colleagues.

This woman lies about the quality of her diamonds and gold. I bought a ring for my wife, we had it valued for insurance purposes. Gold was quoted as 14k but its only 9k. Diamonds were quoted VS1 but are infact p2. Colour was quoted G but are in fact I. Do not trust this woman.

My husband came back from NYC with a ring fro. Laura's. She said it was 14ct white gold, vS2 and G colour. Upon taking it to get a valuation the jeweller said its not what she sold to him. Its 9ct white gold, P2 and H-i colour. She wrote specs on receipt which i have so will be persuing this to see what can be done. This can't be legal.

Went for a repair. Mario was patient and kind. No complaints, good customer service.
