Laurel & Sage is a modern American restaurant featuring globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine. Located in Montclair, NJ and named for the owners’ daughters, Laurel & Sage is an intimate, neighborhood restaurant with a sophisticated and modern meets vintage and rustic setting. Laurel & Sage is a culmination of Chef Shawn’s culinary experiences which includes a background in seafood, farm to table, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and American fare. Laurel & Sage has a seasonal menu which features signature dishes like Ginger-Soy Lacquered Chilean Sea Bass, Pomegranate Molasses Braised Short Ribs and Crispy-Warm Camembert Wheel. In addition, there are daily specials reflecting the trends and availability of local ingredients and goods. Showcasing outstanding photography from scenes around the world from friends and New York-based photographers, Laurel & Sage strives to create a balance between exceptional contemporary cuisine, an inviting and beautiful atmosphere and welcoming service.
