I always leave Lavinia Borcau looking better than when I walked in. Lavinia does classic European facials with thorough extractions. Her facials are great for oily, clogged and acne prone skin because she really takes the time to throughly clean every pore. I always tell her she’s the best extractor in Boston!

Her products are high quality and she makes sure her services are really serving her clients. She has brought my eyebrows back to life and they’ve never looked so good. Lavinia is very knowledgeable about skincare and takes the time to discuss with you and understand your specific skincare needs and the best product to use for your appointment. I have sensitive skin and I’m in the pool swimming or at the gym 5 to 6 times a week, my skin was getting dry and irritated from the mask. I started to use the spa original products twice a day for about a year now. The face lotion, face oil and serum combinations make my face very soft. Also, I am very happy with the results of my eyebrow wax shape. I would definitely recommend!

Best facial in the Boston area. The atmosphere is relaxing, the aromatherapy is soothing, and the length is worth the cost, even added extra massage, it was wonderful! I had the European facial, beyond my expectations, thank you!

I got a hot stone massage, and it was amazing. I went in with a tension headache that had lasted all week, and the masseuse found the offending spot without even asking about it, ground it out, and went on to the rest of my body with the same attention. One of the best massages I've ever had.

I got a facial here for the first time and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Ira did a fantastic job. She took the time my skin needed without rushing through the process even if it meant going slightly over the time specified. I will certainly be returning again soon. They really know how to treat each individual skin type and work through it based on that. The environment is relaxing and very comfortable. They have extremely reasonable prices for the service they provide! I definitely recommend coming here for their excellent facials!

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough. This is the only salon that I trust to properly do facial treatments. The extensive knowledge that Lavinia has is truly unmatched. Pricing is more than reasonable. The area is very clean.
