As a tenant in my very first home that I was renting my excitement went from a dream come true to a night mare I wouldn’t wish on anyone. After a month of being a tenant my landlord was giving me all new terms to abide by that were not placed in our original contract after multiple attempts to reach a resolution that best fit both parties I found myself receiving an eviction notice that was filed by the landlord I didn't know my rights or my landlord's responsibilities under the law, which also meant that I did not know how best to protect myself under the law at that point I decided to hire an attorney which was very hard with such a wide selection to choose from but a friend referred me to Andrew Pastwick she had a tenant issue and was able to resolve them by hiring him so I figured I’d give him a shot. From the moment I called Andrew he was very personable & understanding to my issue he requested all information needed from me all at once so that he could jump to my time sensitive case considering me and my family were at threat of not having a home to live in, throughout our process not only was I able to contact him directly but he provided multiple contact options I don’t know about you guys but just knowing that our communication was a priority not only to me but also to my attorney was very important to me he was able to help me with my case and did it in what I felt was a timely manner I will always recommend Andrew Pastwick to any and every one that I know because he truly is an amazing lawyer.
