My son retained Ms. Washington and she turned out to be a gem! She is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very smart, knowledgeable of the laws, articulate and intuitive and makes certain that you understand what is happening every step of the way! She has an outgoing, bubbly personality, bar none, that pulls you in and envelops you...which helps ease the stress level. It is also apparent that she is very well respected and liked by the Judge, Sheriff’s and other court employees - which is a big plus! Needless to say, Ms. Washington got done what my son wanted and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ms. Washington! You know that we will retain you again in the future when needed!

Marie was super friendly and helpful from day one. She provided email advice on numerous issues, some of which were outside the direct scope of my case. Marie was able to negotiate a great plea deal for me that included no jail time, even though the state was really pushing for a 30 day sentence. She is worth every penny, and has fantastic rates to begin with!

Mrs. Washington was an incredible help with resolving my late husbands estate. She is a very honest and respectable person, and these are qualities that are very rare with attorneys! I met with her once and she was able to guide me in how to complete most of the probate issues on my own - without having to spend thousands of dollars. A new issue arrived a couple of months later, and she readily advised and handled a financial institution that was giving me a lot of trouble - basically wouldn't accept money from me!? All in all, I was able to get this very stressful and upsetting issue resolved within hours. I plan on using her services to make sure that I have a will so my family doesn't have to go through the things I've endured with my husband's sudden death. I will be forever grateful for all of the assistance and advice from Marie.

Marie did an excellent job helping me with my general district court case. She was easy to talk to, very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. She appeared for me so that I didn't have to take off for work. She has great relationships with the police and the commonwealth attorneys. If I find myself in need, I will definitely use her again.
