I got a Reckless Driving ticket in Prince William county, on the way home from OBX heading back to MD. It was about 3:45am I was going 91 in a 65. The officer pulled me over gave me a reckless driving ticket. I started freaking out as I found it was a Misdemeanor Charge and I’ve never been charged with anything before. Hell I’ve never got a speeding ticket before, called a few lawyers they all said “your going to jail, no way around it”. I called Steve and after one phone call he gave me a list of stuff to do before court. (26 hours community service, Speedometer calibration, MD Driving record, a few letters of recommendation). I was super nervous as I’ve heard people going to jail over this, so I completed everything Steve asked me to do. Arrived at court with all of my paperwork, got the Reckless Driving dropped to a speeding ticket of 87-65 with a 250$ fine and court costs. Compared to 2500$ and 12 months in jail I’d take my outcome 100% of the time.. I would 100% recommend Steve for any traffic or criminal defense. I would definitely hire Steve again.

Steve Ducket represented my son in two separate reckless driving tickets, one of which involved an accident and driving without a license (he only had a permit at the time). In both cases, my son walked out of court with a clean driving record. I recommend Steve because he is honest and will get you the results that he says he will.

I had a great experience with Steve Duckett and his team. We started my case with all odds against us. He knows his stuff. I never realized to what degree, the truth can be obliterated in the justice system just to convict an innocent person for other interest. When Steve has his game face on, nothing can stop him. Steve Duckett is a profound careful listener, a strategic thinker and a true human being. He just doesn't consider you a simple client. Steve goes beyond to see you as human without race, or religion, or education profile (in my experience), but rather a friend to fight for. The MAN took his private time on a Sunday to travel hours to my residence without charge just to ensure my family is fully prepared and understood the situation, the possible outcomes and our options. Steve was able to get through to the judge, the jury whom on multiple occasions were wondering why we were even in the courtroom to begin with. He is very professional with experience. I highly recommend Steve Duckett.

my Son In Law got a reckless ticket from a PWC police officer for passing in a turning lane when it was not a turning lane. Steve Duckett got the evidence to prove the officer was wrong and a Reckless ticket got dismissed. Honestly can say that if you have any kind of traffic/criminal charges that you want gone or reduced you need to go with STEVE DUCKETT and nobody else. You will be Thankful that you did!!
