Josh is fair, forthright, and has excellent knowledge of employment law. You can be certain that if you have a solid case, he will work very hard to ensure you receive the judgment you deserve. He is honest and intelligent, which I cannot say about most lawyers I’ve met. Josh and his team are stellar and worth their fee. Strong recommend!

I have known Josh for years and he never hesitates to take a tough case and fight hard for his clients. And, he gets great outcomes for his clients - very passionate about the cases and justice for all people, women, men, African-Americans, LGBTQ persons - and he is not afraid to go the matter for people. Lot of respect for Josh and everything his office has done for the law in Virginia, especially in the area of racial profiling - and trying to make sure we are all safe.

Joshua is a racist attorney and does not like people of color. I spoke with Joshua about an equal opportunity employment case and he told me that I should watch who I'm talking to about cases like mine and he would not be taking on my eoe case and he hung up the phone on me. And now that I'm reading through all the reviews I'm finding that the only people who seem to be satisfied with his work are white people. It's sad to see that we still have people in power that are still so closed minded and feeling like they are superior because of the color of one's skin. Please people of color if you want your case to be handled properly look elsewhere for great representation because you won't find it here. And I pray for Mr.Erlich in hopes that God will touch his heart and ease him of any hatred of self or other people and racism.

I wanted someone to review my non-compete, and most importantly I needed it done thoroughly and quickly. I’ve hired a few lawyers over my lifetime and this was one of my best experiences. Because I got exactly what I expected. My contract review was fast, we did it over the phone, and he found things I had missed. What else could you ask for?

Had the good fortune to work there a number of years ago back when it was just starting. It’s doubtful you will find someone more knowledgeable or who works harder for his clients. I’d recommend this firm to anyone.
