recommend hiring. From the moment I made the first contact to make an appointment, I was very well attended to. In the first consultation, I was able to ask all the questions I had in mind, he did answer all my questions without hesitation. Mr, Hines and his team are extremely experienced, professional, and very organized with the documents, this was something that surprised me a lot. Perfect work. Going through a work place injury process is very stressful but having the Hines Law team at my side made this time lighter and more peaceful. I leave here my sincere thanks to Mr, Hines and his team, it was a difficult process but we were successful working together. Thank you!!!

I reached out to their office 3 days ago. I spoke with a pleasant lady who tried to connect me with one of their lawyers a guy named Chris. Prior to that I had sent them a message with my problem that I needed help with. I even chatted with one of their online reps on their website. Finally when no one reached out to me, I got the email for Chris from the same pleasant lady Jocelyn and sent him an email. I didn’t get any response from him or anyone else. Not even a hello. I really don’t have a problem if they don’t want my business. But some courtesy to tell me that, would have been nice. I know there are plenty of customers out there so maybe they don’t need my business but there are plenty of law firms out there too.

The most amazing team! Helped me so much during my accident. I recommend this firm to everyone I know and meet they’re just that amazing and I love that their team is bilingual!!
