My brother suggested I use Kaufman Law and like usual his advice has never let me down. Kaufman Law was very kind and responsive to any and all my questions. They keep me updated even if the update was we're still waiting which I found calming. They even checked in with me to see how I was feeling after the auto accident. I enjoyed working with Monika as well as Michael Kaufman himself. There was not a single person there that didn't make me feel heard. They take their job very seriously but can explain things in ways that aren't confusing over overly verbose.

Needing an attorney is a very intense position to be in. You always wonder if they are going to help and explain thing so that you understand. Michael and Ana did just that and more for me. The positive reviews here is what made me hire them for my claim, but I do regret the decision due to most of my time with them was them asking me to settle my claim. I wasn’t offered any financial guidance or assistance, little to no answering of questions or giving guidance without me having to go to other law firm websites or gain the knowledge from another source. If they did tell me about something it’s after I mentioned it to them. Definitely would’ve went with a different firm looking at the professionalism and attention they’ve gave my case. I’m not sure if the other reviews are lies or what but i definitely felt while they were representing me, that I was alone in my fight and they were not interested in what I felt was best, just them getting their cut.
