My husband and I are small time landlords and sometimes have tenant questions that require advice. Our initial lawyer was always slow to respond, even with a hefty retainer in place. After a week of emailing back and forth trying to get an appointment we decided to get a new lawyer!

We found Les Kramsky and it has been smooth sailing.I've easily been able to get an appointment either the same day or within 24 hours. 
 He's very friendly and can easily talk you through different scenarios and leave you feeling empowered and aware of your options. 

Really glad we switched law firms and would recommend him in a heartbeat!
