Heather was recommended by the realtor we listed our home for sale with. Heather and the law office she works with concentrate only on real estate transactions so her knowledge and experience were very beneficial. Heather walked us through how the process would work, what we would need to do and what she would do. She was very accessible and responded to all emails and telephone calls on a very timely basis. Comments and information from the buyer’s attorney was passed along as received, responses prepared and then reviewed with us. With the telephone, email and internet the process was very easy and we only visited her office once. Apparently the attorney we used when we bought the home 20 + years ago recorded the deed with the town twice. Heather spent a significant amount of time researching what happened and then worked with the bank we had had the mortgage with and the town to resolve the issue. Then a day before the scheduled closing the buyer had some issue that delayed the closing by 10 days. Heather kept in contact with the buyer’s attorney and us throughout the delay and then handled the closing on our behalf. We were very pleased with Heather’s accessibility, knowledge, professionalism and personal attention to our transaction and would highly recommend her to handle the sale or purchase of your home.

I contacted Mike on a real estate matter relating to a landlord dispute I was having. I was being bullied by my landlord and needed assistance. Although Mike's office does mainly real estate work, he stopped what he was working on, contacted my landlord's lawyer and stopped the harassment. He helped me, he always gets back to me, he accepts emails and texts (which no lawyers really do these days, even after hours!) and he cares about his clients. I'd highly recommend him if your looking to buy or sell a home. He can be very sensitive and amicable to opposing parties but when he needs to get tough, he will push very hard until he gets what is needed for his clients. I can't thank him enough!
