Lawn Love Lawn Care

It seems like a great site at first, but they keep rescheduling, even though I advused my lawn was getting to be a foot high. After the 3rd reschedule I cancelled. They never came .

I cannot begin to describe how frustrating my experience with this company was. I scheduled a mowing before I went on vacation. It was postponed twice. Then I left expecting my lawn.would be mowed by the time I returned. The work was postponed four more times and I returned to a jungle. Finally I just cancelled and hired a local company. What a complete disaster.

If i could give this company a zero star i would i have no idea how they are even a business. A good way to start is if you accept a client actually perform the service that we agreed upon and not just string me a long for a few weeks then cancel our agreement.

I had a fast response to my phone call for lawn mowing and leaf cleanup. I had a very nice, and respectful man show up on time. He did an excellent job on weed whacking specific areas that get overlooked by others. My front and back yard.were done and he took away all the waste. It was also done at a reasonable price because the lawn had grown some since a previous lawn mower did not show up in two weeks as he was suppose to. Very pleased and look forward to continued service!

Contractor showed up on time to clear snow. Did a great job. He was very polite and hardworking.

Lawn Love was a near disaster, but the actual contractor William came through great. I had just moved into the house and was stuck going out of town. I booked mowing a week in advance for a small back yard. They requested date was moved out maybe 6 times before anyone would show. The yard went feral, and the only reason it wasn't a full rehab job for William was that I'd made it back the day before service actually happened and done the weeding in preparation for another "reschedule," which I'd come to see as a cancellation now that it had happened so often. William even cleared the yard waste I had piles but not disposed of yet along with a good mow on the tall grass and trimming around the fence lines of the yard and driveway. Based on the unreliable scheduling, I could not recommend Lawn Love. If you happen to be in an area where they have more service providers or are doing recurring service, perhaps they will value your business enough to actually mow within a month of ordering. The job was done well, so not one star.

This place is a joke. After the 3rd re-schedule, I went with someone else. Completely unprofessional
