The customer service at this store is amazing. It’s the kind of place where they remember your name and genuinely express interest in their customers. The staff are great at recommending clothes for any occasion. Everything they sell is great quality, and they will make sure you look your best whether you want something casual, very dressy or in between.
The Covell’s offer the ultimate in customer service. No request, no matter how small, is met with an enthusiastic “no problem”! I recommend popping in and taking a look at the finest clothing you will find in the US!
I ONLY shop at Lawrence Covell. I know what I'm buying will last forever quality and style and if it doesn't Cathy will tell me to donate it :. Seriously the best store, amazing and gorgeous pieces with the most wonderful staff. More than a store. I hate shopping and this is such an easy way to look good for any occasion.
Sad experience! Son of the owner belittled my transgender daughter and grandmother to the point they both were crying. Kept making rude comments about my daughter looking transgendered. His mother i thought would help de-escalate but she was just as rude. I thought I had found a little gem. Turns out I found rocks and the owners like to throw them. My money and yours is best spent elsewhere. Stay away!
They helped me buy a perfect mother-of -the groom dress, with no judgement on the fact that i just fit into what may have been the biggest dress in the store, and friendly advice on accessories . . .
