The best allergy doctor ever !!! My son has speech problems and is unable to fully communicate so when he started having severe reactions out of no where I happen to find this office . His staff is not only loving and diverse but they truly care about my son and what is making him have allergic reactions . He went above and beyond for my child and was very gentle , caring and playful with him ! I took this picture because it’s really hard for my son to be happy with doctors because of his unability to communicate but today he has found a friend ! Thank you so much Dr. Mckean for going above and beyond for our son !!!

Great Allergy doctor. Very kind and caring. I’m currently doing allergy shots and I’ll update my review as things progress. Thus far- smooth sailing. I highly recommend Dr. McKean. Also, his staff is great too!

Dr. McKean is AWESOME. He takes his time to talk to you & listen to your concerns. He is proactive and efficient. My daughter finally has some relief from the allergies she suffers from & we now have a positive plan of action in place. I am happy to have found him. He is very knowledgeable. Most importantly... He CARES. We are seen promptly. Smiling staff. Clean facility. Easy to find & ample parking.

Great Doctor, HORRIBLE staff. If your experience is anything like mine, they will tell you the wrong date of the appointment and then proceed to call you 23.5 hours before to confirm the wrong date and also let you know they are going to tack on a $25 cancellation fee because you are within the 24 hour window. When you complain, they will promise you a one time waiver of said fee and also promise a call back from the office manager. Surprise - you never get a call back from the manager and when you finally call to follow up, you are told there is no waiver. You can ask to speak to the doctor directly and of course be denied. After looking at several other review sites, I can see that we are not the only ones to have issues here and needless to say we will not be returning.

I love Dr. McKean, and feel very fortunate to have found him. He has the greatest personality, is incredibly smart., and I trust him with my health.

Dr. McKean is the best, he listens to his patients and goes above and beyond to help his patients get better. He is the best Allergy and Immunologist in Georgia in my opinion. If you get him you definitely have the a jewel for a doctor
