Now its been years....but the people who worked there were just rude with a superior attitude. Maybe they were having internal issues or disagreements that day that I was unaware of...none the less I cried when I left. I was so shocked to see they had a 5 star rating that I had to comment. I would never send anyone down there without first giving them a pep talk and tell them not to expect compassion of any kind.
Simply amazing.
