If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I got out of my car at 11:02am and came back at 11:31am and they charged me $21. On the print out receipt it says 11:00-11:34 which Is not 30 minutes and those are not the times I came back nor the times that I paid for. I’m going to see if I can get my money back somehow because this is ridiculous. They said that I had to come back 1 minutes before. The times are for 0-30 minutes $9. So in order to pay $9 it should be 0-29 minutes not $21. And it’s not self park like it says on the ticket!!!
Very good customer service. Not to mention my tire had a slow leak. When they parked my car it was fine by the time I came back the air was all the way out, to the point my tire came off the rim as he was bringing my car to me. Darnell and Jamar saved the day an did more than what they were supposed to do. They both put my spare tire on for me. I really really appreciate them for helping me. I couldn’t think them enough. The are truly the best. Laz deserves more than five stars just for all they’ve done for me. Not to mention they prices is very very reasonable.
Paid $37 for a little over an hour and a half. When the guy came with my car, he stalled it when he parked it in front of me. For $37, i would expect that not to happen. I will say that they meet the minimum requirements for a parking garage which is that they held my vehicle for a period of time.
Avoid this garage. Kiosk payment only, which is a pain. And, parking for less than 2 hours costs $36, but the kiosk won't take bills larger than 20. No 50 or 100. And the attendants aren't ready to help you break you bills down. I had no plastic on me, just a few 100's and if not for the assistance of some other customers I would have had to go to a local restaurant or something and buy a product to break a bill. I know most people have plastic on them, but seriously, cash customers should be accommodated.
Negative: 1. The are way overpriced; way more $$$ compared to many garages just a few blocks aways! 2. Constant Honk the car horns and screech your car tires by driving very fast up and down the ramps. 3. Slow, took them almost 20 minutes to get my car all 4 times I used them. Positive: They usually have spots.
I valet parked my car here for 3 hours today. When I picked the car up, my glove box and arm rest compartment had clearly been rifled through, and twenty dollars were missing. This was, needless to say, quite upsetting. I am appalled that they had the nerve to violate closed compartments and especially to commit petty larceny. 3 hours of valet parking cost me $55: the $35 fee and the $20 they stole. There is nothing I can do except to warn others about this seemingly ongoing theft problem they have at this garage I am not the only one to complain of this. I would avoid parking here. There are plenty of other places to park in the neighborhood that are more secure.
These guys are not careful with customer cars. Two cars came down from the upper parking floors right before mine did, both with significant damage. The worst of the two had deep gouge marks on the passenger side doors. The passenger side mirror was torn off it's mounting post and was just dangling by the electrical cables. it looked as though the driver collided with a metal or concrete structure at high speed and nearly cut right through the doors' sheet metal. The parking attendant got out of the car and handed the car over to the owner with a smug, mischevious look on his face, as if he was happy to have caused thousands of dollars of damage to the vehicle. Mine came down with a damaged bumper, damage that I caught instantly. I filed a claim and received some paperwork but, the contact information seems to point to a non-existant insurer. I've called during business hours a few times and I've NEVER been able to get anyone on the phone. It's the same recording, every single time. Avoid this parking garage if you don't want to spend thousands getting your car repaired. The operators and the attendants don't actually care about your vehicle, they just want to take your money, joy-ride in your car and destroy your property. You'd be better off parking on a street and taking your chances.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this garage. Not only were the employees unfriendly, but more importantly, my house key was removed from the key ring when my car was parked in the garage. The employees acted surprised and offended that they were confronted about this and denied having anything to do with the missing key. Due to the seriousness of this situation, since my address was on my registration and insurance card, I made a police report. Then two days later, two police reports later and after speaking to the main company who owns the garage, did the garage employees magically "find" my key which is physically impossible to fall off of and requires much effort to remove from the key ring. I have yet to hear back from the manager despite the several phone calls and voicemails left on two different phone numbers. I highly recommend using a different garage.
I would not of even gave them one star. We arrived there 10:25am and asked to pay only for half hour bc we were going to city hall and were in and out just had to make payment, no wait. Left and walked right back, was about 15 minutes if that. We were told $9.00. Want to pay and it said we were gone 31mins, of course one min over half hour which turned our $9 into $21. I told the guy we just left and were no way gone a half hour. I told him I had the payment written on my receipt for proof and instead of giving him receipt time from city hall I gave him time that I purchased on my money order receipt which made me look like we were gone long. Come to find out we were only gone 17mins according to my paperwork. That's messed up. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!
The 1st and 2nd time I parked at this parking lot. Was excellent. The 3rd time I was told to park at the top floor, well that was an Aventure cause I have a 2015 F150 Crew Cab. After getting to top floor I was told to go back to 1st floor. Well on my way down to 1st. Floor. I was told by a gentleman to park at his spot. Where his truck was at. Almost crash my truck due to tight wall. After parking on 2nd floor I was confronted by an idiot that works there. He told me I can't park anywhere I wanted. So I explained my situation and he took my keys and gave me a ticket just in case they need to move my truck. I will never park at this lot again. I gave it 3 starts cause of the first and second good experience at the lot
