Park America Town Garage

Left my car here, price was reasonable. When pick up my car in the evening front left pumper paint was pealing off. The parking lot manager did not wanted to provide insurance information and when I ask if we can see the video recording manager came up with 100 reason why he can not show it to us. If it happens to you call police don't take any excuses from the lot manager or better yet use other self parking garage.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY TELL YOU TO BE THERE AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT THEY PUSH THEIR CLOCKS 2 MINUTES FAST. I wish this would let me leave 0 stars. I parked at 8:50 on the dot and I asked what time I needed to be back for 1 hour - he said 9:50. I sprinted to the garage and got there at 9:50 ON THE DOT. he goes sorry you're late that'll be the 2 hour price. I showed him my watch and my iPhone both showing the time is 9:50. They're punch in machine is 2 minutes fast. I said, had I been told to be here at 9:48 correct time, and 9:50 your messed up time, I would be here. The manager basically didn't care and said don't know what to tell you. After parking here morning after morning, I will never park here again. Terrible customer service. MONEY MAKING SCAM.

I have been parking at this lot for over a year. The reason why I always park there is because the building where I go has a discount stamp for the garage. The staff has gotten ruder and ruder over time, especially the cashier whose name is Nicole. I have often had to wait until she was either off her phone or gossiping with the attendants for her to ring me up. The last time I went she did not give me the discount even though the stamp was on the ticket, the same stamp I have been using for the last year. When I mentioned it to her again after she rang up the sale that it was stamped she said, "Wrong stamp, sweetheart." Not only was the response condescending but she purposely ignored me when I tried to point out that it was properly stamped. If it actually was the wrong stamp I could have gone back and gotten the right stamp. She is always unpleasant, always has an attitude. Never says please or thank you and exhibits this behavior to all customers. After being a customer for over a year, they have lost my business.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I have parked here a few times, but last Friday I discovered my car was severely damaged when I left the lot. Huge crack across my windowshield, which is growing by the day, along with dents and scuffs on the top of my hood, so it seems like something was dropped on top of my car, or a gate closed on top of it. Of course they know nothing about what happened.

Typical Philly parking- overpriced, cramped, but doable. I was fine paying $29 for 5 hours. I was fine waiting in traffic from the 8th floor to merge back into the streets. I was not fine having to pay $9 at the gate because I waited too long in traffic.

The staff are very ignorant , DO! NOT!! And I mean DO! NOT! Trust these people with your car ,I had numerous scratches on my car and when I confronted them and ask for supervisor they were very disrespectful and rude , And I was not able to speak with a supervisor . When I asked to speak to a supervisor they were very very disrespectful and rude , I had to call corporate on this parking garage ,

The are scam and worst and most rude pace in Philly. I had payed reservation at this garage, as we were attending show at Academy of music, they denied the entry telling us that they are full, I had spend another 30 min to find parking and missed 1/2 of the show.

Price was a little better than some. Great staff! Friendly & courteous. Opened the door for me and even stopped traffic to help us out! If you are parking in the city this is the place to go!

I parked here for lunch on a Saturday, and had a great experience, with prompt service and very affordable rates for the area. They park it for you.

DON'T PARK HERE! I had stuff stolen from my car and they were very uncooperative when I wanted to file a claim.
