Professional, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive are the words we would use to describe this business. This is only our second lighting purchase from this store but both times we were impressed with their level of customer service and satisfaction. We dealt with Kevin Morrison on this purchase and he is a joy to work with. Kevin truly seemed to care about getting my wife and I the "right" lighting package for our new home and went the extra mile to help us work through it. Also, DO NOT be afraid of not getting the best deal because they will not be undersold on the internet. Save yourself some time and stress and go see the Pro's at LBU Lighting in Winter Park! They have EARNED our business for all future lighting needs.

Went to the store looking for a light bulb and had no idea how beautiful it was inside with all the lighting. This place has fantastic lighting options. They had beautiful chandeliers that I had not seen before. Most people don't know about this place and I highly recommend it. I definitely plan on going back for my next purchase on a chandelier or any lighting fixture!

We went there after looking for many different places for lighting, We arrived just less than 30 minutes from closing and were very happy that Mike was there to be able to answer all of your questions and lead us to what was a great light for over our pool table. I really appreciated that he listened while we explained what we were looking for and then his knowledge of the inventory to point us to what we were looking for . Venging machines require odd size bulbs. LBU always has just what I need for my vending machine lighting. Batteries & Bulbs almost never has them. I don't even check with B&B anymore. Thx, LBU
