If there's something they don't have for you to look at in the store they're sorry they can't help you, but you can look at it in catalogs they have.. the lady left me there repeating herself sorry I can't help you.. I guess they couldn't.. too bad.. and yes like another review here I just read, she makes you feel like you don't know.. oh well lost a customer.

Good selection. Eager to help. Prices are steep even with half off promise, but quality looks good. Have yet to make an appointment, but was given 20 pounds of catalogues to peruse in the meantime.

My husband and I shopped for a bathroom vanity light fixture and were helped by Sarah. What a delightful experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I DIDN'T want. Sarah hung in with us until we found the perfect piece. In addition , Sarah has a wonderful personality, she was fun to work with.

I went in to get a lamp repaired. I met the owner, Rose Ann, who helped me. Her repair guy wasn’t in, but she diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way happy as can be. It was actually a joy! I will go back because they are all about the customer!
