I had a great overall experience at the Le Labo perfume store. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the ambiance was lovely. However, the strong scent in the store made it a bit challenging to differentiate between some of the individual fragrances. Despite this, I was able to find a scent I love, and I would still recommend visiting for their high-quality perfumes

Walked in to kill time before catching my train home, really love the inviting, cozy, almost homey layout and aesthetic of the store. Alberto was especially helpful and talked with me about the brand and is very clearly passionate and in love with his work which is always inspiring to see. Definitely going to come back.

Le Labo, I was recommended to this place from a friend where they advised me that they have some unique collection of scent I might like. They’re main ingredient splits between citrus, wood and flower. At first, I didn’t know exactly what type of scent I preferred so I advised the staff that I would like something that’s lighter than stronger. He was confused to what I was looking for. Luckily, he was nice to explain the ingredients and type of scents I could choose from. I found out that it was something more than just light and strong scent. But I found myself liking the scent of a flower based cologne. He kindly asked my name and started to create the product after I ordered. My name was on my product and also advised me that I’ll get 20% discount to refill the same scent when I bring it back. Overall, I had a respectful and peaceful moment while I was at the store. I strongly recommend to those who are still lost in finding what you like.

I've been on the lookout for a thoughtful gift for my brother's birthday, once I discovered that Le Labo has a matcha scent, which is one of my brother's favourite things, I had to get it. Jonathan made my gift even more personable by adding a sweet message, name, and stamp to the bottle label. I definitely recommend these unique scents and one of a kind presentation for the special people in your life.

Great scents, the experience was ruined however with an indifferent and lackluster employee behind the counter who had a sour attitude. Hire better employees who are willing to help the customers.

I came in last Thu and to tell you that I don't even know why le Labo even has sales associates. Just put in a self check out machine and it will be the same experience. How down hill this “luxury” experience has gone the worker wouldn’t even give me a tester perfume apparently now they sell them for $13 ha yeah right

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Jonathan. I originally came in for 1 perfume and walked out with 3! LOVE THEM!

This used to be my favorite Le Labo in the city, but my recent experience at this location has left me severely disappointed. The vibe in the store was just bad. It was so unwelcoming! The two men working were uninterested in helping me and very rude. Especially a creepy bald guy who when I didn’t understand something he actually rolled his eyes at me. Respectfully grow up. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I am extremely put off by this experience. I will absolutely NOT spend my money on overpriced perfume that you can get anywhere else in the city so I can be ignored and disrespected. BAD Bad bad.
