The server was very attentive to our table and the food was yummy, but I still can't give 4 stars to this place. The lack of handle on the mug was a bit odd and it made it more difficult to enjoy the drink; my friend ended up spilling some coffee because of it. My biggest disappointment was seeing so many flies by the baked goods and the employee didn't even try to remove them as he was picking out the food.
This place is amazing! I love it, it’s small, cute, and they have a icon to let you know what’s vegan! I’ve never been here before but I would definitely go again if I was in the area! Their Honey Lemon Ginger Tea is a must have on a cold winter day! I had their “Soup of the day” and it was delicious.
I loved their food and service. I’ve had black lentil salad, lemon ginger tea and some tarts so far. Very satisfied.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
Bought a loaf there today. “It is fresh” - they said. Opened it at home 1 hour later and it is moldy. Never again. I do not even want to think about bread they use for sandwiches
Great healthy choices, a bit pricey for the amount you pay, but the atmosphere and design of the place makes up for it. Definitely coming back!
Seems to be going downhill lately as far as quality of food. Here is the picture of the kale salad served with my bakers breakfast this morning. Aka just pieces of kale with no dressing or anything on them. Eggs came overdone as well. Who would not want to pay PQ prices for this?
Stopped in here for a quick bite after a soul cycle workout which is right across the street. Healthy lunch/brunch selection. Food came fairly fast.
Really overpriced for what you get. Nice enough environment and concept, but they price the food like it's imported fresh from France, and pay the staff in Euros.
Excellent coffee, courteous waiters. The avocado toast are both large and delicious. The French country salad is good too but comes deconstructed and in a flat plate - a significant challenge to mix - would be great to have the option to have it mixed!
A nice rustic minimal style make this place feel cozy and sets it apart from the other cafés in Bethesda. Okay food, coffee, and pastries, and perhaps a tiny bit overpriced. Unfortunately, the music is always too loud, which makes it difficult to have a conversation or to concentrate, and the customers all have to speak very loudly so they can hear each other. Because of the noise, it's not the best place for reading or working while you eat or have a coffee. Maybe this is what the owners prefer? It also has only three tables with charging outlets. But it's still one of the better café options in downtown Bethesda if you're tired of Starbucks.
