EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!! We had breakfast for our late lunch 1/25/19. My "Lumberjack Breakfast" hit the spot!! The food was very tasty and "Alma" was a very attentive and friendly server! THANKS Alma....GREAT JOB!! Your service made the food even better!! ***This was my first time here but I will be back!!! Oh...and my wife's pancakes were also tastey!!***
Great breakfast choices. Service is good. I really like the granola and almond pancake.
Food is well cooked. The place is very nice and comfortable.
Very nice old style diner restaurant in Rice Village. Inexpensive. Very polite and friendly staff. Great breakfasts.
We're visiting from out of town, so I did a quick Google search for the best breakfast places near me. This restaurant popped up and I'm so glad we made the trip! We came on a Sunday afternoon around noon and didn't have to wait long less than 5 minutes. Our server was fast and courteous. We told her we'd be splitting one of the omelettes and she portioned out the meal on 2 separate plates for us. How thoughtful! The food was amazing. The omelette was great, the potatoes were well seasoned, and the waffle was excellent. It had just the right amount of crisp. Best waffle I've had in a long time. Also, the coffee was nice and strong. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the Houston area!
Great place for better than normal breakfast at a reasonable price. Pecan coffee is excellent!
We visit this location almost every Sunday. They offer your traditional breakfast options for a great price and portion. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is clean. My husband enjoys the wheat banana pecan pancakes and the granola almond pancakes. I've tried them too and they are very tasty. If you are looking for a good, reasonably priced breakfast location, I would definitely consider Le Peep.
I ordered a skillet, requested for my eggs to be scrambled and no cheese, with a pancake. Tge wait time was well over 40 minutes. The pancake batter was not firm and quite dry. A drop of syrup changed the entire texture. My skillet was brought with cheese and the scrambled eggs on the side. I wont be returning there.
This has been my favorite breakfast place for over twenty years. Fresh and clean, nice relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is great, and there are plenty of menu choices, always nicely done. In all those years, I've never been disappointed...Often introducing it friends who have themselves, become Le Peep fans.
