They created a deal on pulsd that clearly says full menu for all selections. When we got there they switched the menus on us. My friend went there for a steak, but that wasn't on the reduced deal menu, but it is on their actual menu. I wanted a decent appetizer but they refused to give us anything not on the reduced menu you can't trust this establishment.
Food was basic. We celebrated our birthday there. Brunch special unlimited light drinks with 1 entree. The bill was all messed up but corrected. The waitress was nice but seemed totally frazzled as she was taking care of all the tables. It is a small place but yea not efficient enough for 1 waitress. It was karaoke Sunday which was fun. We had a good time but no thanks to the service.
The host was attentive and our waitress was awesome. We both had the salmon and it was delicious! Don’t forget to try the tahini appetizer, it was perfect !
I visited this restaurant/lounge for a fun event. It was decorated inside and out for the Holiday season, very festive! Our event was upstairs, which was all fancy and fun. I liked the light fixtures that were more like glass lanterns, lit in red and green. This restaurant is Moroccan and Mediterranean theme, and I totally got that vibe. The color, decor, lanterns, and they even had hookah! I didn’t get to try to hookah, maybe next time… We had their specialty cocktails, Platinum Paloma and Platinum Pina. They were both pretty good drinks, strong and high quality. We only needed two of those drinks since it was good and strong, not watered down at all. The food samples were really great, they had spinach croquettes, crab cakes, flatbread and so much more. It was all very tasty and and I enjoyed them all. The manager on duty, Arial was really awesome. He was watching everyone staffs like a hawk. He made sure all the food made it to everyone, which was not easy to do in a long, narrow space. He even took some trays of food himself to make sure it was reaching everyone. When there was some mess on the floor, a staff came immediately to clean it up. The food and drinks were checked throughout to ensure everything at the event was happy. They also had spectacular entertainment for us, a belly dancer! This was a total surprise, I didn’t expect them to be giving us a show on top of all the great food and drinks! The “stage” was more towards the end of the room, and sine we were sitting a bit far from there, we didn’t get to have a good view, but I could see everyone around there were totally entertained. Overall, it was a great event. The food was amazing, staffs were all efficient and nice, drinks were strong, and the manager had real skills to keep everything running smoothly. I would want to go back again for more of their great food and maybe get to see more of the belly dancer action as well. Thank you everyone at Le Souk for the great night! Very fancy, the vibe is it's a classy place with the decadence of hookah. Food was pretty excellent, but not much to write home about. The staff was ok, mostly friendly, the lady who showed us to the table kinda initially had a bad attitude. The bathroom area is dark, but ok, I just felt like they are trying to hide his grossness with the lighting. Pricing it was not bad considering we had a coupon which effectively cut the price in half. But I'd pay the full price, seemed reasonable given the location. We got the octopus appetizer, excellently grilled - comes with a nice buttery bun. I got the Royal tagine and my fiancee got seafood pallea. Overall high quality. The meat on mine was on the dry side, though with the sauces it as good. The pallea had some empty shells but good. Finally we got the berry and cream dish for dessert - very creamy but on the bland side. Drinks cocktails weren't great, but that's cause they weren't up my alley Overall a good food and decent experience. A bit classier and chic'er than my preference, I don't like the Hookah vibe. With the right person this place is very impressive though.
Well located and the decor is amazing, the have suck a good ambiance. Simple menu but generous portion full of test and well presented. Price are ok taking it to consideration the Location, they have a second floor that is beautiful just for drinks and smoke
I had my birthday dinner here and it was just fantastic. The food & drinks were good. However, the entertainment was spectacular! I've already recommended Le Souk to several people.
Their brunch deal for 2 for the price of 1 is so so good! The place is quite unique and has a really cool vibe. Sort of middle eastern vibe blended with some brunch fun. Quite big and a lot of space. The truffle Mac and cheese and the apple pancakes are really really good!
My favorite bottomless brunch place in New York City! The waiters are great, constantly refilling you’re drinks. Food is delicious as well. The DJ keeps the crowd lively especially after 2pm. A lot of birthdays are celebrated and they have sparklers and turn on a song! Pictured is the eggs Benedict.
The food was very good. From the time I walked in the door, all staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The mandatory coat check for $5,too pricey. However overall my group and myself had a GREAT TIME!!!
