Lead Bank

Currently, I rate them below zero. They allowed someone other than myself to open a loan in my name fraudulently. Based on my experience, I question their due diligence to verify who applies and gets authorized for these loans. I have yet to have anyone associated with them take action. Identity fraud should be taken seriously.

i absolutely loved all of the people that I met inside from the president all the way down to my banker every personality inside of that building everyone had a smile on their face and they were ready to help you can't beat that and it was genuine it didn't feel fake and the location is absolutely beautiful you would not regret getting your account with him I love it Lead the way

I personally appreciate the staff. They are always so polite and very helpful. From the first time I heard about Lead Bank and their hometown culture, I wanted to be a part of this. We have four accounts there and are happy how they've worked with us. Got a great pair of socks from my personal banker, Holly, and I love them!

This rating is strictly for Amber. She is the absolute best worker at the crossroads location since Colton left. He is super amazing too. I literally can always count on a good conversation or leaving with positive spirits now that Amber is there. I can't really speak for too many more employees...not really a fan. Ask for Amber!

I left my previous bank specifically to come bank at Lead. The workers at the Crossroads location have always been kind and professional and their lobby is gorgeous. I've even had an opportunity to utilize their co-working spaces pre and post-pandemic. I'd recommend this bank to anyone looking for a friendly, local alternative to the big business banks.

This is an unknown little venue in the heart of Kansas City. This space has a great indoor/outdoor rooftop with cool lighting. Great for a small wedding or corporate cocktail party.

My husband was really set on using Lead Bank. He loved the staff. And he loved what their values. I'd been using the same bank for years and was nervous about using anyone else. And I have to tell you, they are amazing. I look forward to adding more accounts with them in the future.

The staff and crew at Lead Bank are some of the most diligent and supportive banking community people I have found in my years of banking! They are quick to respond to phone or email requests. The staff at the Crossroads Branch are always friendly and quick to assist me when I walk into the banking center. Their support of small local businesses and not for profits is something that is unequaled by any other bank in KC. The Lead Bank staff has been available to assist my family and my business during the recent pandemic and have gone above and beyond to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Lead Bank and their staff. They truly make you feel like family from day one.

I cant say enough about how great this bank is. Incredible customer service online or at the branch, you don't feel like just a number. Jamison Bosch made our construction loan easy and painless, Cassie and the staff are awesome. I urge you to check them out.
