Fun time period a lot cheaper than King Richard's Faire. Definitely worth seeing.

Went to the CT Rennaisance Fair here. It feels a bit out in the middle of nowhere. Parking is in a big Field and is plentiful. There were food options, bathrooms, and ATMs onsite. The fair was just OK last year. It seemed to have lost a little of the fun shows and activities from years past. It failed to keep my kids attention so I'm assuming they noticed it too.

It's an interesting place to check out. It had things for adults and children, which was nice. After a few hours we had seen the whole place and watched a show where they were trying to know each other off the horses. My daughter enjoyed that the most!

The grounds themselves are beautiful. However they are not very accessible for someone who needs to use a wheelchair or parents with baby carriages. Also the giant hill and stairs make part of the fairgrounds completely inaccessible to someone who is handicapped.

We went to the Renaissance festival. It was not bad but mush smaller than the New York fair
