These women are absolutely the best! They went out of their way to provide amazing customer service. My camera bag's zipper was fried and for only $20 she took on the task of putting a whole new zipper on this army industrial fabric. Hand stitched, new edging added and everything. Thank you so much, ladies! I highly recommend Lee's and Jade's.

DON'T GO HERE. I took in 2 coats. One needed a new zipper and one needed the velcro replaced. I PAID WHEN I TOOK THE COATS IN....DON'T DO THAT. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. They hang it up after 2 or 3 rings. My coats WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE 3 days ago, BUT they REPLACED THE WRONG ZIPPER AND THE WRONG VELCRO...HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE A BROKEN ZIPPER AND BAD VELCRO? ALTERATIONS SHOP?? I still don't have my coats and they won,t tell me when they'll be ready. DON'T GO HERE !

Took a $200 coat in to have a decorative patch sewn onto a pocket on the sleeve. The woman, (Mrs. Lee I presume), sewed the patch onto the breast pocket instead even though it was pinned to the sleeve pocket when we dropped it off. Not only was the patch sewn to the wrong pocket, it was crooked! The jacket is ruined because the stitches are so small & close together that if the patch was removed the stitch holes would be visible. The woman refused to fix her mistake or even admit that it was a mistake. She also conveniently forgot how to speak English & said she didn't understand what the problem was.

This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF! She charged me $75 to make my bridesmaid dress 2 inches shorter. Thats it!!!!! The dress its self only cost like $40!
