Terrible customer service - overall bad business etiquette. When the bouquets were delivered on our wedding day, I was immediately disappointed. Not at all like the "inspiration photo" in our contract. I had asked for a loosely gathered, garden like feel, with eucalyptus throughout. What I received had no eucalyptus, they were super tight and very round... think, cantaloupe on a stick. Not my style at all. Before I reached out to Mallory to express my disappointment, I asked numerous people for their opinion. Every single person I asked, 100% agreed, without question, that the delivered bouquets were completely different from the inspiration photo and description in our contract. I emailed Mallory, including pictures so she could see for herself. She quickly responded that their had been a shortage of eucalyptus for months, so they made due with what they had. I was floored by this response. I understand flower supply can be limited at times , what I don't understand is why I wasn't notified and given the information if it has been months of it being limited. I could have made substitutions.. and who knows, maybe spent even more money - not sure why she did not communicate the limited supply, especially to a bride. She blew me off - it was obvious she did not care whatsoever and was doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I responded and said I would let the community know this is how they do business so no one makes the mistake of choosing them. Mallory replied VERY defensively. She took the fact that I was going to leave a poor review, as an "attack and threat to their company." ....I was completely shocked. A threat and attack? What in the world? .. I told her not email me again. Not only did they deliver a poor product, Mallory is defensive, and rude. This issue could have easily been resolved had she been more compassionate and apologetic. It was a $275 bouquet for my wedding.. I was clearly upset that they were so wrong. She belittled my thoughts and just did not care overall. Appalling. I read other reviews and saw similar comments from others. Clearly this is a pattern. She took advantage of the fact that she was already paid .. and knows there was little I could do.

Stop by a few times over the past few years, and the staff always put together something very nice for ladies in my life (wife and 3 daughters). It's a can't miss guys!

My husband and I contracted with Leigh Florist for floral arrangements and other decor for our wedding, July 2016. Working with LF was one of the best decisions we made! Everyone I interacted with at LF was helpful, professional, and personable. They were able to take my ideas and budget and give me guidance and inevitably, a beautiful wedding day. All of our flowers, from table arrangements to bouquets, were absolutely stunning and held up in heat, humidity, and rain. We received so many compliments from our guests on the ceremony set up, as well, which included a large circle of rose petals and two columns with candles and flowers. I highly recommend working with Leigh Florist!

We had the pleasure of working with Leigh Florist for our March 2017 wedding. To say the wedding planning process was overwhelming would be an understatement, largely because we live almost two hours away from our venue. We placed selecting a wedding florist on the backburner. Before we knew it there was a little more than a month before our wedding and we had not secured a florist. We became disheartened when we called a couple of florists and were told not only were they not available for our date but they could not recommend anyone on such short notice. However our officiant recommended that we contact Leigh Florist. From our first phone call the staff at Leigh Florist put us at ease. I had scheduled a couple of vendor visits in the area for a Friday and they were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. I advised right from the first phone call that we only needed bouquets, boutonnieres and two floral arrangements for the altar. We never felt any pressure to order additional flowers. I met with Mallory and advised of our budget and favorite flowers. Based on my description, Mallory made our vision come to life and kept it within our budget. On the day of our wedding, the bouquets and boutonnieres were promptly delivered to our hotel before pictures. The rest of the flowers were delivered to our venue. The flowers were beautiful and were exactly what we envisioned. As a nice added touch, they sent us a thank you card both after our initial meeting and after the wedding. Looking back on the wedding, the flowers were a detail which we did not initially place much importance on but now could not have imagined our day without them. Leigh Florist was extremely easy to work with and we would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the the floral arrangement that I recently sent to my niece. The flowers were ordered and sent within the same day. She sent a thank you photo and the flowers were beautiful. The business transaction over the phone was very professional and courteous.
