Flower Shop Of Pennington Market

Extremely disappointed in the arrangement I had delivered for a birthday recently. I ordered an arrangement posted on their website from the store and paid for what they call premium...while the individual flowers themselves were ok and the customer service was average the collective arrangement/overall appreance was awful, barely resembled the photo of the “Victorian Romance” that I had ordered. Because of this I will not return as a customer nor recommend others to use their services.

We have worked with Barbara and her team at PQM flower shop for my wedding as well as for my two sisters. Barbara was fabulous to work with. She is such a lovely person and is willing to go above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. I wanted something different than the average bride for my wedding flowers and Barbara designed several options for our big day. She created beautiful table scapes with freshly cut flowers and greens on each table with varying candle centerpieces. Barbara and her team spent hours perfecting each table to ensure it was beautiful and elegant. We had so many compliments on our bouquets and table scape designs and it is all to Barbara’s credit that it turned out so fabulous. We highly recommend working with Barbara and her team at for any occasions.

I wish i could give this Flower shop 0 stars as on valentines day eve my husband rushed around to purchase me some valentines day flowers.They young lady who assisted my husband was very kind and helpful. She advised him that the flowers would arrive at my residence between 8-9 am.The Flowers did not arrive.My husband decided to give your office a call around 1pm on valentines day and spoke to a lady who did not provide her name, she was very very rude, did not allow my husband to speak and told him that no one would have ever promised him that time frame.She then placed him on hold and came back to the line to say that she will put the delivery on the next truck she then proceeded to hang up,Although the flowers are nice this type of customer service is totally unacceptable.

I have used the Pennington Flower Shop for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently worked with Barbara to do the flower arrangements for my wedding and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Barbara made the process extremely easy for us and was great in working with us in what we wanted, while offering her own advice. I recommend this flower shop for any of your flower arrangement needs!

I have been a patron of Pennington Market Flower Shop for several years. I no longer use the online flower companies (FTD, Proflowers, etc.) and instead call Penn Mkt directly as their flowers are always fresh. I recently had a bouquet delivered to my mother that was not quite what I had requested. Despite the busy day (Mother's Day wknd!) Gerry was able to convey my concerns to Barbara (owner) who spoke to me personally and was able to resolve my issue the same day. I was very pleased with the result and am grateful for the kindness and consideration shown to me by both ladies regardless of the high traffic/activity in their shop.
