Floral Expressions

Spend over $1,000 dollars on total of 4 which are 3 tall standing and 1 above the casket floral arrangements for my father's funeral and it was a total embarrassment how small the arrangements were. All 3 standing arrangements were tiny and not worth $250 each. We requested not to be ginormous where it would be a problem fitting into a van but this was micron compare to the size and price we paid for that's from the catalog. The flower arrangement that's on the left in picture attached was donated from the church and its huge. I see I'm not the only one who's been ripped off according to reviews. The lady we dealt with seemed so sweet and honest never thought she would be so cruel to take advantage of a funeral ceremony. I felt ripped off this Valentine's Day. For years I would pre-order 2 $50 mixed floral bouquets, that is all I had to say, and I would recieve 2 beautiful good size arrangements. This year I asked for the same, but was told I had to pick from a book. Felt like I was shopping on flowers dot com. I ended up with very small generic looking arrangements. Very unhappy.

Called from out of state ...paid for a deluxe oblong christmas teleflora centerpiece...got at a round bare minimum arrangement. Called to let them know i was not pleased...they took my name and number and never called or rectified ....this was a bait and switch! Buyer beware. I gave them 1 stars because it was delivered. Other then that i would not recommend this florist.
