I had to give 1 star to post but really they deserve zero stars. If you want a Florist to provide late delivery from your requested time window and have the flowers wilt after 2 days and die just after 4 days than this is the place for you!! And they're not cheap! I often send my wife flowers; usually every 4-6 weeks. She's the best thing to ever happen to me and I still feel that way after 21 years. She's a nurse, works a shift and I always ask to have delivery before Noon. She works 6am-2pm. They can't ever seem to pull it off and are Always late with BS excuses. When I told my wife I was unhappy with the florist, she told me about the flowers ALWAYS wilting and then dying after just a few days; but felt bad telling me because of my kindness. SO, I'm absolutely done with these folks. Don't waste your money. Plenty of other good choices out there.

I got roses for Valentine's Day delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Today is Saturday morning and they are dead, so I called Roxy Florist in Bloomfield NJ. I spoke to Nick he was very rude and yelled at me he said roses aren't good at this time of year. So I said to Nick, I bet you charged him a hefty price for flowers you claim aren't worth the money. He said I only guarantee my flowers for 24 hours. I laughed and hung up. I'd never recommend this place. Beware of Nick!

Awesome bunch of guys - literally! - running this well-kept shop. Readily accessible, good hours, great customer service. They even happened to have the exact color of Gerber Daisies I wanted right in stock for a fantastic price. Very highly recommend!

If P you are in need of an outstanding corsage, this is the florist to get it. In many years, not once, have they not exceeded my expectations.

Ordered a "deluxe" bouquet for my wife. I was told the standard arrangement for my selection was 11" wide and 17" high, with "at least half a dozen roses."
The "deluxe" arrangement that was delivered was the same size as the standard, with 4 roses.
This was apparently the exact same issue another customer experienced in the past week; online order did not reflect what was delivered.
After I called to request a refund, the owner *CALLED MY WIFE* to ask if she was "satisfied." The order was a surprise, how was she supposed to know what was ordered? Also, the mere fact that they called her at all was very bizarre and she did not appreciate being involved in their error.
The owner has still refused a refund so, needless to say, they won't be receiving any business from us or anyone that asks us for recommendations.
