Had a great experience with Tania! She was very helpful and I left feeling like I made the right choice. Thank you!!! Update: Two subsequent visits have left much to be desired. On the pick up visit, the frames were adjusted by very inexperienced technician. They never fit correctly since, so back to the store. I have a 35 minute drive I had another very nice technician, but inexperienced as well. He had to keep asking the other employee what to do. Also the employees here are constantly disrupted by the phone ringing to schedule appointments which I assume are for eye exams. Shouldn't they have a central phone operator for that? I won't be back to this location again. Had them mail me my replacement glasses.

Tyler took the time to explain the many options available to me when choosing glasses and frames. More importantly, he listened to issues I was having with my current pair of glasses, and helped me make choices for my new glasses that would prevent those issues from recurring!! He explained why those choices and options were important. He helped me understand more about glasses and glasses wearing than anyone else in my past 40 years of wearing them. I am so grateful!!!

I enjoyed my visit. Eric was so helpful to me, he explained everything about how my vision plan worked and how it applied to the glasses I was purchasing. Dr Makar was great, beautiful personality; she showed that she cares about making sure your eyes are healthy.

Awesome, easy experience. Customer service was top-notch—shout out to Ruth. She went over everything with me, took the time to measure my PD, and made the experience easy and pleasurable. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place for your glasses needs. I have had couple issues with my initial order of prescription glasses from here and those were resolved in the most courteous way. Everyone was very helpful and understanding about the issue and specially Tanya who helped with the last issue. I bought ray-ban frames and ray-ban prescription glasses in the initial order but the glasses felt weird. I tried them for a week but couldn’t get use to them, specially the blurring at the corners. They recommend a different brand, which was actually slightly cheaper and so I was able to upgrade the antiglare on them. Those did not have blur corners issues like ray-ban glasses but had another issue. These ones felt like my right eye is trying to adjust to the lens for first few mins. If i switch to sun glasses, right eye would again try to adjust to the sunglass lens. I never had this issue so it was very difficult to explain or define the issue to the store person. But after a few checks Tanya figured out that the center of my right lens is not coinciding with the right lens. She ordered new lenses with the correct measurements and it solved the issue. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely come back. Everyone was extremely courteous and understanding about my glasses issue. Highly recommend this place.
