I stopped in today because my dog jumped over my couch and landed on my face, bending my vintage Shuron metal frames. When I say they were bent, they were twisted, one bow had a crimp and the bridge was bent out of shape. They were in really rough condition. These were my grandfather's glasses and they have a very high sentimental value. I met with Brad and explained the situation. He said that he would do everything in his power to fix them without snapping them. These frames were made in 1969 so the chance of failure was pretty high. Brad was so careful in his work. He spent close to to twenty minutes making minute bends and checking the shape. After he was done, we did a test fit and they were perfect! Thank you Brad for your patience and care. This was A-1 customer service. 5 stars!

I had a very good experience today at LensCrafters in Rosedale. My frame broke in half at the nose bridge while cleaning. A new frame was in stock and Brad was able to pop my lens right in the new frame, so I was able to walk out with repaired glasses right away!! Brad is a very personable employee!! Keep him!

Although at first it was not the best experience, they improved it by providing the kind of assistance I was expecting with my glasses and their manufacturing defect. They called me and offered a more suitable solution for the situation.

Staff knew right away what my issue was with glasses I recently purchased from Target. I had a lot of distortion issues with larger frames and a stronger prescription.Staff picked out frames I could choose from to prevent this issue and I was able to purchase glasses that I can actually see out of. I will be coming back and avoiding Target as they had no idea what this problem was

As soon as I walked in I was approached with high positive energy vibes. I mentioned what type of style frames I like and sure enough they found the perfect frame for me. Then Stephanie who help me check out was super friendly and super helpful. What an amazing crew!

Extremely professional, timely and kind. The technician I worked with and Dr. Watson were very informative and knowledgeable, and I felt like I knew every step of the process. The new location is stylish and very clean. I always recommend everyone I know to visit Dr. North and Watson/Lenscrafters, the quality of service is outstanding!!

This new location in Rosedale Mall has a beautiful layout. Everything on the shelves, it’s easy to find the array of brands and choices. I’ve been ordering my glasses and husband’s too and we have been taken care of. Several time we need some quick fixes on our glasses they happily do it for you for free. I can’t wait to get my new glasses this year. They have high end brands and high quality glasses here. I am thinking Gucci this year.

Everyone who works there is super nice. I’ve bought my main glasses from them and my backup pair from online and they helped make sure both we comfortable to wear.

I loved the store from the door! I was looking for a specific frame style and lo and behold, there were zillions of pairs of gorgeous designer eyeglass frames such as Dolce and Gabanna, Gucci, Versace and Ralph Lauren! A nearsighted/farsighted person's Paradise!! Fabulous! And so i am thoroughly pleased with my selection in the end. Great savings on a second pair as well. Great service, friendly staff especially Aliyah. She and i gushed together as i made my frame selections. It was truly a lot of fun experience!
