I really like my new glasses. This is my second time ordering from them and will continue. The first had a manufacturing issue, but they corrected it promptly and generously. They do take their time, but I'm wanting quality not quick.

ive ordered from them 3x and never once had a single bad CS experience over three years. once, i had them made wrong and they STILL just re did them for free.

Good prices for lenses in my old frames .... only draw-back is that they take 3 weeks or so to get returned. At least in my experience . Good communication via email on the progress ....

So far I have been incredibly dissatisfied with this service. I sent in a pair of glasses and they put in the wrong prescription and the frames were crooked after they came back. I asked new pair of frames filled and haven't heard back from their support team. Awful experience so far.

They did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with my new eyeglasses.
