Dr. Summers is the best eye doctor I have ever had!!!! AMAZING, 10/10, VERY NICE!!!! He took his time and explained everything in detail, he listened to what I said and made great recommendations for the contacts I needed. I have never had an eye doctor spend more than 5 minutes with me before rushing to their next patient and wow I am impressed. Thank you for making me feel heard and able to express my concerns, I really appreciated it. I was very pleased with the front desk girl, she ran the office like a well oiled machine. They were all very polite, friendly, and very nice. I would recommend this office to everyone as a first time patient.
Love the Doctor but the staff out front are the most unprofessional team ive ever dealt with, sure wish Medicaid would let me go to another eye center i would never set foot back in that joint .
I will never use this service again!!! Dr made serious typo on my prescription & then one of the staff tried to blame me. AND then it took several months to get it all corrected. I had been using them for 10 years.. definitely not the same place. Rude, uneducated, unprofessional and not worth the over-priced eyewear
There is a gross neglagance within the lab that is bewildering to me. The only saving grace with this company is that the customer service managers are extremely helpful and polite and truely want to make things right. That is their job. On the lab side of things there is an obvious defect in personnel competence. I have been trying to get a good set of glasses since December 2018 for my distance glasses and since June last year for my safety glasses. To be fair my safety glasses started off with the wrong prescription. And in January that continued to be the problem because of the VA. Once the prescription was worked out there was a matter once of the lab using the older prescription. The other 6-7 times between both pairs it was a matter of the wrong cut in the lenses or scratches on the lenses or bent frames. THE faults honestly are too many to list...this last set of "safety glasses" 4th paircame to me completely "fubar" I'll let the pictures do the talking. I waited a month to get this last set. Im promised I will have a good set by this Friday inspected by the lab manager again. It's funny that was the only way I could get a good pair of distance glasses too. After the first actually 3rd and the second pair actually 4th of thoes were supposed to be inspected every step by the supervisor. The VA Veterans deserve much better than this. I can only imagine the amount of remakes this lab has to do on a daily basis. A favorite quote I've told my Airmen, "if you can't find time to do it RIGHT the first time, how will you find the time to do it RIGHT the second time?" I've seen reviews by employees that complain about working for this company. It needs to be fixed within. Starting with better training and more pride in making a good product. Get to work managers.
Waited for over half an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment. After 20 min waiting I had to ask to make sure that my appointment was for the time I thought it was, no one was going to say anything to let me know that it the doctor was running late. The doctor calls me back without acknowledging how late it is and ask me how I am doing and I informed him that I am upset about the delay and lack of communication. He then immediately informs me that he had to wait an hour at his kids pediatrician the other day. Professional tip, if a customer is upset about something and informs you, do not try to one up them with your own anecdote, I can assure you it will only make them more upset. I informed him that I have become sick of scheduling appointments, always arriving 5-15 min ahead of the time I am scheduled for only to sit and wait for 30-60 min AFTER the scheduled time of the appointments. He said that I do not have to wait and I can leave at any time. So I did, and I will never be back to this location again. They cannot value the customers time, so I will find another doctor who does.
The best customer service ever!!! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I had to buy glasses for the first time in life. I had no ideal what type of frames I wanted but, a staff member spent 45 minutes selecting some of the most attractive frames for me. She also gave me great suggestions on how to reduce the total cost of my finial purchase.
I went and got contacts for the first time and it was a good experience. Although after coming back after two weeks for my second pair. I asked for them to help me sign up for their website to where I can buy contacts. They didn’t. Said They were too busy & they sent me email with a prescription that I already had. And it says that you need to go to the store to sign up: so no help with that whatsoever.
This is my new optical company. Since I'm blind as a bat without glasses I need a really good one. My first visit the lady who did my intake was both professional & pleasant. She also told me about sale they had going on, which was awesome to me because they had no adverts in their office about it. She could just as easily have charged me full price. And 1 unnamed previous optical company would have! I just picked them up & they were actually fitted on me. My previous 2 optical companies didn't adjust glasses unless they were completely cockeyed. To me that is unconscionable because trying to adjust frames at home can break them. But maybe that's their point?? I think they earned all 5 stars I gave them
I had a great experience at Korrect Optical off Dutchmans Lane. Doctor Summers made an eye exam easy and fun. Then Abigail helped me pick the best glasses. She listened to my style request while making sure that I picked the best pair for my face shape and vision needs. I highly recommend Korrect Optical to anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses. It's definitely a different experience then going to a big box store like Vision Works.
