Dr Eifferman Has been my Dr. for many years . He has always been great in diagnosing my eye problems, I can always trust him to help me ! Thanks i would be glad to refer All to him!! # 1
After experiencing complications that have yet to be resolved nearly a year after my surgery, I've found the staff to be defensive. "You're vision's not that bad" I was told by one of the techs. Following the surgery, I still have an astigmatism that causes poor vision in lower light can't read menus, directions, print, etc that still needs to be corrected. I keep getting "let's talk again next month." The office staff doesn't want to take messages and always asks me to "call back tomorrow to see if he's available." It's getting old and I wish I never would have had the surgery. Worst decision I've ever made.
I had contracted a mysterious eye disease in the hospital following a serious bout of cellulitis that went septic. First ophthalmologist said it was pink eye, then viral herpes. After my condition continued to worsen, 2nd ophthalmologist said it was something else. I sought out a third doctor in a second practice trying to find anything to help. He said it looked complicated and referred me at last to Dr. Eiferman. After my first visit with him, my condition improved greatly with a correct diagnosis at last- a rare condition called Dimmers Keratitis. After a second visit, my vision was nearly perfect again. Without Dr. Eiferman's help I fear I would have had to have complete cornea transplants. He and his staff were very kind every time I saw them. I thank goodness I met with him every time I can open my eyes without light sensitivity or itching and swelling.
He is so kind, caring, wonderful, and a very knowledgeable doctor.
