Let's Go Moving Co

Arrived 90 min late, hustled while they disassembled and loaded for the 1st trip but “got lost” for over an hr coming back for the 2nd trip new home was only 3 miles away, and after the so called supervisor left for the day the crew visibly started caring less about the job. They did not stay to re-assemble furniture they disassembled, and after putting final items in the house they just left without acknowledging they were finished.

The lady I spoke to while making the reservation was friendly and the process went Ok. I paid $89 for 2 hours and $50 flat rate since all I needed them to do is help put my furniture in the Track out of state Move.. The guys showed up on time.. One of them was friendly and didn’t say much.. The one I think his name was Troy, complaining from the get go, Oh my truck was too small it wouldn’t fit stuff, oh they were not breaking down any furniture, oh I had too many boxes etc, he was also on his cell 1/2 the time they were there.. I kept my cool, helped as much as I could..I’ve had movers at least 4 times before who were more professional and did a top notch job and did what they were supposed to do without complaining or just shoving stuff in the truck. only reason I gave them 3 star was the last I initially spoke to and Mover B. And the fact that they loaded up the truck in about 1.5hrs.

So disappointed because I obtained this referral from Angie's List! They gave me an initial estimate of $500 for a local move, then told me a $250 deposit was required. After visiting their website, I saw that they pledged to charge no more than 10 percent of the initial estimate for a local move. I was unable to contact the company for several days, and when I did, the owner assured me that my deposit would be returned to my account immediately. As of today, February 1st, the money has not been returned it looks like I'm going to have to take them to court. Unbelievable how so many businesses are so dishonest these days!

Fast move , all of my items were very safe and secure . The staff was very professional and curdious.
